With the cost of solar going down (panels can now be manufactured for under $1 a watt!), and mainstream retailers like Lowe&#039;s making them available and affordable to the masses, solar power is gaining momentum. Our grandkids will wonder what it was like back in the olden days when we powered our lives using dinosaur juice...
