		<description>I agree, it is important to be educated on solar panels. I have been doing research on solar panels for over a year now and I understand why they are confusing to consumers. Solar companies need to bind together to INFORM the public about the benefits of solar. 

Germany and Spain did a great job, which is why they have about half of the world&#039;s photovoltaic output. The United States, thanks to our strong desire for oil and refusal to switch to renewable energy, continues to lag behind the rest of the developed world.
